摘要
浅述了"耳鸣"的中医常见分型与论治,结合中医基础理论讨论了"湿热"与"痰火"的异同,并列出临床案例,指出临床应重视湿热导致的耳鸣,探讨将"湿热耳鸣"作为单独分型进行论治的必要性.
This article briefly describes the therapy and classification of moist and heat caused tinnitus, and similarities and differences between‘moist heat＇ and ‘pyrophlegm＇ based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Meanwhile, several clinical cases indicated that tinnitus caused by moist and heat should be attached importance to. The necessity of treating ‘ moist heat caused tinnitus＇ as a separate category was also discussed.
