摘要
本文分析了多周期同步频率法和全同步测频法,给出了一种准全同步的频率测量方法。这种方法通过测量标准频率的相位来减小频率测量中±1个标准计数脉冲的误差,而且克服了精确实现全同步的困难。最后给出了在FPGA和ARM上实现该测量方法的实验原型和实验对比结果,结果证明该法测量精度高,速度快,而且结构简单。
Frequency measurement methods, such as synchronous multi-cycle method and complete synchronization method, are analyzed in this paper. Then a new quasi-complete synchronous method is proposed. The 1 count error is reduced for the new method, which measures the phase of the standard frequency. Moreover, it overcomes the difficulties of complete synchronization. A prototype system using the proposed method was realized based on FPGA and ARM. Experiment comparison results are given, which prove that this method features high accuracy, fast measurement speed and simple structure.
