摘要
基于表面波的压力无损测量方法要求精确地测量表面波在介质中的传播时间。针对参比式和计算修正式压力测量方法,本文开发了一套双路可循环超声波压力测量系统。该系统既可以使用回振法测量超声波传播时间,又可以同时测量两路超声波的时间差。实验结果表明,该系统用于时间测量时均方根误差为0.0077ns,用于参比式压力测量时最大绝对误差不大于0.07MPa,用于计算修正式压力测量时最大绝对误差不大于0.12MPa,达到了较高的精度。
Nondestructive pressure measurement based on surface wave usually requests accurate measurement of propagation time of surface wave in the medium. A dual sing-around measurement system was developed aiming at the reference type and calculation modifying pressure type measurement methods. Using this system, not only the propagation time of surface wave can be measured using sing-around method, but also the propagation time difference between two surface waves can also be detected. Experiment results show that the root mean square error is 0. 0077ns for the propagation time measurement; the maximal absolute error is not greater than 0.07MPa for reference pressure measurement and the maximal absolute error is not grater than 0.12MPa for calculation modifying pressure measurement.
