摘要
本文对新形势下地方党校图书馆文献信息的特色进行了较为深刻的阐述，同时，对领导、图书馆工作人员、读者如何增强图书资料情报工作意识提出了自己的独到见解，并就如何开发馆藏文献信息资源，为教学科研服务，为领导决策服务。
This article gives a detailed account of the character of the local Praty school's information Literature under modern conditions.The author gives his expert opinion on how to make leaders,stay members of the libraries and other readers more aware of the information literature.He has also investigated the use of this literature resources in teaching,in scientific research,as a basis for policy decisions by leaders,and the service of society.
