摘要
本文从引论、文献资源整体布局、文献资源共享、国内宏观文献资源建设的历史与现状、宏观文献资源建设的实施五个方面，系统总结和论述了宏观文献资源建设的理论体系。
From five aspects:introduction,overall arrangement of literature resources,shared literature resources,history and present situation of macro literature resources construction enforeement of macro literature resources construction,the paper makes a systematic summarization and discussion on the theoretical system of macro literature resources construction.
