摘要 目的考察巯甲丙脯酸在各种电极上的循环伏安行为,探讨巯甲丙脯酸在电极表面的电化学反应机理以及电化学反应动力学过程。方法采用电化学系统和三电极体系进行不同电极上不同条件下的巯甲丙脯酸循环伏安实验。结果巯甲丙脯酸在玻碳电极和金电极上的电化学响应较差,而在静汞电极上,并以NaClO4-HClO4溶液为支持电解质时表现出良好的电化学活性。结论巯甲丙脯酸分子中的巯基是电化学活性基团,易被电解氧化;该电极过程属准可逆过程;电极反应为单电子转移反应;由此计算出各种动力学参数。 Objective To examine the cyclic voltammetry behavior of captopril on different electrodes and quest the electrochemical mechanism, as well as the process of dynamics. Methods With electrochemical system and three electrodes, gave the experiments that were made under different conditions and on different electrodes. Results The cyclic voltammetry behaviors of captopril on gold electrode or glass- carbon electrode was weaker,while that on mercury electrode was much more strong, especially in the solution of NaClO4 - HClO4. Conclusion The active electrochemical group - SH is contained in the molecule of captopril which is easy to be oxidated through electrolysis. It is proves that the process of the electrochemisry is a semi - reversible course and the reactions on the electrodes belong to mono- electron transfer type. Parameters of dynamics were obtained by the experiments made above.
