摘要
论述了扭杆热处理控制系统的工作原理、电阻炉的数学模型、控制程序的PID算法,分析了等周期开关调动模块的特点及设定参数的输入与显示方法.试验结果表明,炉温曲线恒定段的精度已达0.2%.
The working principle of the control system for heat treatment of torsion bar, the mathematical model of electric stove and the PID algorithm for control program are described. The specific features of adjustable power unit with equi period switch and the input and display method of given parameters are analyzed. Experimental results show that the accuracy of stove temperature curves reaches 0.2 % in the constant temperature zone.
