摘要
针对包装工业广泛使用的高速瓦楞辊在传动成型过程中容易出现瓦楞纸板断裂和凹凸不平的情况,指出了现行使用的瓦楞纸板内部张力计算公式的局限性;分析了瓦楞纸板从脱离瓦楞原纸卷筒到瓦楞原纸完全成型为瓦楞纸板的整个成型过程中的受力情况;指出瓦楞原纸在成型过程中所经过的路径应为动态最短路径,并给出了有关动态路径的计算公式,从而揭示了瓦楞纸板成型机理.
The corrugated cardboard is widely used in the package industry. However, it is easy to be broken off and the surface unevenness is often occurred when it is forming. It is pointed out that the tension formula applied now obviously cant be adopted in the design of high speed corrugating rollers. The force acted on the cardboard is studied during the complete process from the moment when the cardboard leaves the original paper roller until it is formed. It is also pointed out that the dynamic path of the original cardboard between two rollers should be the shortest. The formula for the calculation of the dynamic shortest path is presented.
