摘要
为了提高SCDMA系统下用户的呼入成功率,提高SCDMA网络的服务质量,通过大规模呼叫测试,结合理论分析,确定了影响SCDMA系统小灵通用户呼入成功率的因素.分析基站忙闲指示和处理策略,制定了对全网基站进行B/I属性及SCALE调整的解决方案.抽样检测表明:应用该方案,小灵通用户的呼入成功率有明显提高,相关技术指标有所改善.
In order to increase the success rate of subscribers receiving calls and improve the service quality of SCDMA network, an analytical method of large-scale calling test based on relevant theories has been adopted, which has helped determine the factors that might afect the success rate of subscribers receiving calls. Centered on these factors, we made an in-depth research into the indication of the activation and deactivation of the BSS(Base Station Subsystem)and resolution strategies and established a project to adjust the B/I property of the global base stations as well as SCALE. Through the application of the project mentioned above, customers of the SCDMA can enjoy a better success rate of subscribers receiving calls, with the related qualifications improved.
