摘要 目的:探讨三维超声的混合模式成像在膀胱输尿管疾病诊断中的应用价值。材料和方法:对69例膀胱输尿管疾病的患者行二维及三维超声检查,以混合模式进行三维超声重建,评价三维超声图像是否优于二维,获得更多的诊断信息。结果:重建的三维图像清晰、直观、具有较强的立体感,可以清晰显示光滑的结石、扩张的肾盂肾盏和输尿管、表面凹凸不平的膀胱肿瘤及其与膀胱壁的关系。结论:三维超声混合模式重建图像可以直观地显示膀胱输尿管疾病的形态特点及与周围组织的结构关系,与二维超声联合应用,有利于膀胱输尿管疾病的诊断。 Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the value of three - dimensional(3D) ultrasound application in diagnosing bladder and ureter disease by mixed - mode. Materials and Methods: Two - and three - dimensional ultrasound examinations were undergone in sixty - nine patients with bladder and ureter diseases. 3D ultrasound imaging was reconstructed by mixed - mode to evaluate whether more information can be obtained. Results: The reconstructed 3D imaging is clear, directviewing and stereo. The number of bladder stones and its smooth surface can be displayed clearly on 3D imaging. The uneven or cauliflower - like surface of bladder tumors can be clearly displayed. The foundation and its relationship with the wall of urinary bladder can also be showed clearly. The distended ureter and the smooth stone in it can be showed directly. The distended renal pelvis and calices can be displayed. Conclusion: The imagings of mixed - mode of 3D can direct - viewing display the morphous character of the bladder and the ureter diseases. The relationship with surroundings can also be shown clearly. It benefits to diagnoses the bladder and the ureter diseases combining with the 2D imaging.
