摘要
金融工程的实质在于创新。金融工程理论除广泛应用于宏观政策的可行性理论研究之外,也可以将金融工程的基础理论和企业的微观活动相结合、与企业的财务管理相结合,以此达到开拓企业财务管理新思路的目标。
The essence of financial engineering lies in creation. In addition to the application of the theory of financial engineering to the flexible theory research, the basic theory of it can also be combined with enterprise＇s micro activity and entearprises financial management to attain the new objective of enterprise＇ s financial administration.
