Russia,which adjoins with Jilin Province,has vast territory and sparse population and rich resources.Its heavy industry foundation is abundant and the high tech technology is in the high level.The operation and expansion between China and Russian is not only a way to introduce the resources and the advanced technology but also a way to solve the surplus product and make the rich labor go into Russia Far East and the western area.It can realize common development.
