摘要
采用模拟盐碱生境的方法,选择引种生长表现好、保存率较高的12个美国皂角种源进行盐碱胁迫处理,调查各种源被害症状,测定叶片游离脯氨酸含量和外渗电导率。结果表明:6、16、17、21号种源耐盐碱能力相对较强,可在中度盐碱地造林中推广应用。
The suffered symptom and dissociated praline content and the elelctrolyte leakage under saline-alkali stress of 12 geographical provenance of introduced Gleditsia triacanthos with better growth and higher survival rate were measured by simulating saline-alkali environment. The result shows that the No. 6, No. 16, No. 17 and No. 21 provenance have higher drought tolertance and can be popularized and applied in medium saline-alkali land.
