摘要
目前,利用交通事故骗取保险金的行为屡有发生且愈演愈烈。该行为不仅侵害国家、集体、个人的财产,影响道路交通秩序,而且妨害公共安全,对社会治安产生了很大的危害。为此,我们要加强公安交通管理,多方合作,建立新型的防控机制,坚决打击骗保行为,减少和遏制骗保行为的发生,维护安全、畅通、有序的交通环境和诚信、守法的治安形势。
At present, the insurance bilks by taking advantage of traffic accidents take place repeatedly and rampantly. The misconducts not only infract the national, collective and individual properties, and tamper with road traffic order, but also hamper public safety, gravely endangering public order. So we shall strengthen traffic policing, work together with many other departments, establish new type of preventive and control mechanism, reduce and contain the insurance bilks, maintain the safe, smooth and orderly traffic surrounding and the honest and law- abiding peace situation.
