摘要
文章分析了随书光盘在不同的管理模式下存在的侵权风险。建议对不同类型的光盘采用不同的管理模式。
The article analyzes the risks of the violation of copyrights in using CDs attached to books under the different management modes, and suggests that different type of CDs attached to books should be managed with different management modes.
