摘要
目的探讨我国汉族人群细胞色素P450表氧化酶2J2(CYP2J2)基因G312R多态性与脑卒中的关系。方法选择脑卒中病例180例和性别、年龄相匹配的健康人群190例,采用PCR-RFLP方法进行CYP2J2基因G312R多态性分析。结果370例均为野生型,未发现杂合子和突变后纯合子。结论CYP2J2基因G312R突变不是我国部分人群缺血性脑卒中、脑出血发病的遗传危险因素。
Objective To explore the relationship between polymorphism of eytoehrome P450 2J2 （CYP2J2） gene G312R and stroke in chinese Han population. Methods The G312R mutation of CYP2J2 gene was analyzed by polymerase chain-restriction fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP） in 180 stroke cases and 190 health controls. Results There is no G312R mutation of CYP2J2 gene in ischemic stroke, cerebral hemorrhage and health controls. Conclusions This study suggests that the G312R mutation of CYP2J2 gene can＇ t be a risk factor of ischemic stroke and cerebral hemorrhage in chinese population.
