摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备甲醇催化氧化制甲醛的V-Mo-Mg/SiO2负载型催化剂.考察焙烧温度、反应温度、空速、氧醇比对催化剂催化性能的影响,并用BET、XRD等测试技术对催化剂的结构进行表征。结果表明:在V-Mo-Mg/SiO2负载型催化剂上,焙烧温度500℃、反应温度305℃、空速3 020 h-1、氧醇摩尔比0.45、低于爆炸下限的条件下,催化剂性能最好,甲醛收率达66.35%.
Carried catalyst V-Mo-Mg/SiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method and its catalytic performance for oxidation of methanol to formaldehyde was tested. The structure of catalysts was characterized by XRD and BET technique. The results show that reaction performance of catalysts is obviously affected by calcined temperature, reaction temperature, O2/CH3OH mol ratio and space velocity. The higher yield of formaldehyde can be obtained at calcined temperature 500 ℃, reaction temperature 305 ℃, space velocity 3 020 h^-1, O2/CH3OH mol ratio 0.45 and below lower explosion limited.
