摘要
保持Al2O3和SiO2含量不变,变化CaO和MgO的比例制造氧化铝瓷球。研究了不同CaO、MgO含量对瓷球密度、烧结以及耐磨性的影响。结果表明,随着CaO含量降低、MgO含量的升高,瓷球烧成温度升高,密度相近,但磨耗降低。
We keep the mount of AI2O3 and SiO2 invariable, while change the ratio of CaO and MgO to produce aluminum porcelain ball. And we research on different CaO. MgO amount to density and sinter temperature ans wearing rate of porcelain ball.The result shows that as ratio of CaO reduce and MgO increase, sintering temperature become higher and density does not change, but wearing rates reduce.
