摘要
党中央国务院关于振兴东北等老工业基地战略决策的推出,给东北三省带来了新的发展机遇。如何把经济发展和环境保护结合起来,走生态经济之路,是摆在我们东北人面前的重大课题。我们应当面对东北的发展现状,对存在的问题进行深刻的思考和综合分析,从而找出东北加快生态经济建设的对策措施。
The promoting of the strategic decisions on promoting the northeast old industrial base of the State Council of the Party Central Committee has brought the recent development opportunity for three northeast provinces. How to unify the economical development and the environmental protection, walk road of the eco- logical economy is the important issue suspending in front of our northeast person＇ s. We must face the recent situation of the northeast development, carry on the profound ponderation and the generalized analysis of the existence issues, thus find countermeasures of the northeast speeding up the ecological and economic development.
