摘要
着重讨论塑料管材用橡胶圈(RR)伸缩节机械胀管模具。介绍了机械胀管模具的结构特性与工作原理,提出了有关零件的设计要点及经验数据,并对关键零件的加工工艺技术与材料选用作了说明。
The mechanical expansion pipe mould used for plastic RR reciprocal joint was discussed in detail. The structure and the principle of mechanical expansion pipe mould were presented. The key points of design and experienced data of related parts were given, and the manufacturing technology and material selection for key parts were discribed.
