摘要
目的探讨先天性心脏病心内直视手术的循环监护、控制中血流动力学改变引起循环功能失调的预防和治疗措施。方法通过手术后监护、治疗对血流动力学改变引起功能失调的对比、分析，选择最佳控制方法和治疗原则。结果对116例病人进行最佳方案治疗和监护，112例恢复正常。结论对先天性心脏病手术病人进行循环监护的血流动力学改变引起循环功能失调的必要对比、分析，选择最佳方案治疗是心脏病手术成功关键。
Objective To investigate the prevention and therapeutic measure of circulatory insufficiency casued by hemodynamic abnormality during circulation monitoring and controlling in the intracardiac operation underdirect vision of congenital heart disease. Methods Contrasted and analysed the monitoring and treatment of circulatory insufficiency casued by hemodynamic abnormality after operation, and selected the best controlling means and principle of treatment. Results One hundred and twelve patients returned to normal after the best controlling means and principle of treatments given to 116 cases. Conclusion The indispensable contrast to and analysis of the circulatory insufficiency casued by hemodynamic abnormality during circulation monitoring in the congenital heart disease operation,and selecting the best treatment is the key to success.
