摘要
设置5种温度对夏枯草种子进行发芽试验,根据不同温度下的发芽率、发芽势、最初萌发时间等指标,探讨夏枯草种子发芽的最适温度.结果表明,温度对夏枯草种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数有显著影响,种子的发芽最初萌发时间随温度的升高先缩短而后又延长,发芽势在21℃培养温度下达最高值为39.0%,夏枯草种子发芽最适温度为21℃.
The effects of temperature on germination of Prunella vulgaris seeds were studied.Seed germination percentage, germination energy and germination index were measured under condition of temperature 17℃ ,19℃ ,21℃ ,23℃ ,25℃ .The result showed that temperatures had significant influence on seed germination percentage, germination energy and germination index. Germination energy was maximum 39.00% in the temperature 21 ℃ .The optimum temperature of germination of Prunella vulgaris seeds was 21 ℃.
