摘要
发展农村党员工作是农村基层组织建设中一项经常性的重要工作,各级党组织要切实加强对发展党员工作的领导,更新党员发展观念,扩展发展对象范围,做好入党积极分子的跟踪培养工作,真正把政治素质好、文化程度高、致富能力强、具有上进心的同志吸收入党。
Improving new Communist Party members is a constant and important task of construction in the country＇s foundational party organization. Party organizations in all levels should lead the job of improve new members, refresh opinions of develop new members, widen the scope of competent people, fostering candidates of attending the Communist Party. And Party organizations should develop the applicants with political correct, high intelli- gent, active and power of enrichment.
