摘要
目的：探讨合用中西药治疗婴幼儿湿热型秋季腹泻的疗效。方法：将２０００例腹泻患儿随机分为合用中西药治疗组１４００例，病毒唑治疗组、中药治疗组和西药治疗组各２００例。结果：中西药合用治疗组总有效率为９５．０％，痊愈时间（１．７９±０．０５）日，其余３组各组分别为７５．０％，（３．８０±０．０８）日；６９．０％，（３．５１±０．０８）日；８４．５％，（２．５６±０．０４）日。中西药合用治疗组临床症状消失时间比其它各组明显缩短（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。结论：合用中西药疗法对湿热型婴幼儿秋季腹泻具有抗病毒、抗炎作用，能促进肠粘膜正常分泌和吸收功能的恢复，克服肠道菌群失调，疗效肯定。
Objective:To research the therapeutic efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine (ITCWM) in treating infantile damp hot autumn diarrhea.Methods:Two thousand cases of infantile damp hot autumn diarrhea were divided randomly into 4 groups:1 400 cases were treated with ITCWM(group A),200 cases with ribavirini injection (group B),200 cases with traditional Chinese drug (group C) and 200 cases with western medicine (group D).Results:The total effective rates were 950%,750%,690% and 845% in group A,B,C,D respectively;the time of fully recover was (179±005) days,(380±008) days,(351±008) days and (256±004) days in group A,B,C,D respectively (all P<001).Conclusions:There have antivirus and antiinflammation action of ITCWM in treatment of infantile damp hot autumn diarrhea.It can enhance recovery in normal secretory and absorption of intestinal mucosa.Moreover,ITCWM treatment can reverse the intestinal dysbacteriosis and reveal an affirmative effectiveness.
