摘要
民汉合校是新疆发展少数民族基础教育乃至提升新疆整体教育水平的指导方针。学生是民汉合校的关键体验者和事实受益者,他们对民汉合校的意识倾向;合校后民汉学生认知风格、学习动机、兴趣、性格、能力等人格特征方面的变化,直接决定民汉合校的实践价值。本研究就此展开探讨。
One school for the Han and minority nationalities is the guideline for developing ethnic basic education and raisingeven the level of overall education in Xinjiang. Students have had personal experience with and have practically benefited from the school for the Han and minority nationalities. The practical value is directly determined by students' consciousness tendencies in the school for the Han and minority nationalities and changes in their personality characteristics such as the mode of pondering problems, academic motivation, interests, temperaments and abilities after they study in one school. This paper makes an approach to the personality charateristics.
