摘要
目的探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液对糖尿病大鼠肾脏损害的保护作用及其机制。方法将36只大鼠随机分为对照组、糖尿病组和丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗组(治疗组),后两组制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型。采用免疫组化技术与流式细胞技术检测肾小管上皮细胞转分化过程中的标志蛋白犤α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)、波形蛋白(vimentin)及转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)犦在肾小管上皮细胞中的表达。结果治疗组α-SMA,vimentin及TGF-β1表达均较糖尿病组下调。结论丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液能延缓糖尿病大鼠的肾间质纤维化。
Objective To study the renal protective effect and mechanism of sulfotanshinone sodium injection on diabetic rat kidney, Methods Thirty-six rats were divided into control group,diabetic group and sulfotanshinone sodium injection treatment group. Type-2 diabetes mellitus (DM) rat models were established. Immunohistochemical staining and flow cytometry were used to detect the expressions of α-SMA, vimentin, TGF- β1 in renal tubular epithelial cells. Results The expressions of α- SMA, vimentin and TGF-β1 decreased more obviously in the sulfotanshinone sodium injection treatment group than diabetic group, Conclusion Sulfotanshinone sodium injection can delay the interstitial fibrosis in diabetic nephropathy rats.
