摘要
采用抑甲注射液甲状腺注射治疗Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病３１２例，结果显示：治疗后，除１３例突眼和２例Ⅲ°甲状腺肿大减轻外，各种临床表现全部消失；血Ｔ３、Ｔ４水平降至正常范围。本组轻度３６例和中度１３６例全部治愈，重度１４０例中治愈１３４例，显效６例。平均治疗天数３９．３日，总治愈率为９８％，总有效率为１００％，疗效非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗中及治疗后观察未发现全身毒副反应和局部并发症，随访２～１１年，无甲亢复发、突眼加重和甲低发生。
