摘要
该设计是基于现有的汽车制动检测试验台,对四车轮制动检测试验台试验时汽车抗前、后窜动阻挡装置-阻挡架进行设计,保证汽车在制动检测时的安全。通过受力分析,结合材料的性能对零件进行设计,提出两种设计方案,考虑到构件布局的合理性和可行性,根据分析选取比较好的方案作为实际生产方案。
This paper is based on the existing automotive brake test - bench. An anti - frame for the anti forward and backward moving device is designed in order to guarantee the security of automobile. Some components are designed by analyzing the stress and the performance of some materials. This article comes up with two kinds of blueprints. Considered the rationality and the feasibility, according to the analysis, the better one is chosen as the actual production plan.
