皮层电极下联合手术治疗癫痫24例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的研究皮层电极下联合手术治疗癫痫的疗效及随访结果。方法对24例癫痫病人在皮层电极脑电图(ECoG)下分别行病灶+癫痫灶切除、病灶切除+多处软膜下横纤维切断(multiple subpial transaction,MST)、MST+胼胝体部分切断等治疗,结束前再行ECoG检查至各导联棘波基本消失为止,术后继续服抗癫痫药2年并随访。结果1例术后2天出现轻偏瘫,对症处理后完全恢复,无严重的并发症及死亡,术后早期癫痫均得到很好的控制,服药下21例无癫痫发作,3例轻微发作;14例已停药者11例无癫痫发作,3例偶有轻微发作。结论几种手术方法的联合应用,可提高手术效果,更好地控制癫痫,而并发症并无明显增加。
