摘要
目的通过建立全脑缺血伴发癫痫的动物模型,探讨脑缺血伴发癫痫的早期病理变化。方法SD大鼠以胸部压迫8分钟造成全脑缺血性癫痫模型,分成假手术组,全脑缺血非癫痫组及全脑缺血癫痫组,后两组又根据缺血时间分组(6h,24h,72h,7d),观察海马及皮质的病理形态。结果1.胸部压迫导致的全脑缺血病理损害早期主要表现为神经元坏死,后期主要表现为细胞凋亡;2.造成全脑缺血诱发癫痫与未发生癫痫的动物两组相比,癫痫动物组病理损伤更严重。结论脑缺血后癫痫的发生与脑损伤的严重程度有关,减少神经元死亡可能是减少脑缺血后癫痫发生的有效途径。
Objective To explore early neuropathology on seizure rats induced by global cerebral ischemia. Methods The rat model of global cerebral ischemic seizure followed chest compression was established. The groups included sham group(S) ; global cerebral ischemia without seizure (No-Ep) and global cerebral ischemia with seizure(With-Ep). The subgroups were divided into 6h, 24h, 72h, 7d, of the later two groups according to the time points after chest compression on rats. The morphology changes of hippocampus CA1 CA3 and frontal cerebral cortex were studied and analyzed. Results 1. In early stage, the form of cell death in the rat model is necrosis; in later stage, the form is apoptosis 2. Compared with No-Ep group, the number of cell death in With-Ep group is larger at the same timepoint. Conclusion The occurrence of seizure is related to the severity of cerebral ischemia; It may be effective to treat seizure followed brain ischemia by protecting brain cell.
