摘要
目的:研究Ki67及MMP-9与胆囊癌临床病理特征的关系.方法:收集1994-05/2003-09青海省人民医院手术切除后病理诊断的胆囊癌标本48例,免疫组化检测胆囊癌中Ki67与MMP-9的表达.结果:Ki67与MMP-9在胆囊炎及胆囊癌中的表达差异显著(χ2=8.649,P=0.003;χ2=12.083,P=0.01),胆囊癌中Ki67与MMP-9的表达呈正相关(χ2=5.270,P=0.022),且他们的阳性表达与胆囊癌的分化程度(Ki6:χ2=4.55,P=0.033;MMP-9:χ2=5.289,P=0.021)及临床分期密切相关(Ki6:χ2=7.361,P=0.007;MMP-9:χ2=4.516,P=0.034).结论:Ki67与MMP-9与胆囊癌的增殖和侵袭有关,联合检测胆囊癌中Ki67与MMP-9的表达,有利于判定胆囊癌的生物学行为和预后.
AIM: To investigate the characteristic expression of Ki67 and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) in gallbladder carcinoma.
METHODS: Forty-eight samples were collected from gallbladder carcinoma cases admitted to our hospital from May 1994 to September 2007. The levels of Ki67 and MMP-9 expression were detected using immunohistochemical technique.
RESULTS: There were significant differences in Ki67 and MMP-9 expression between gallbladder carcinoma and benign lesions (x^2 = 8.649, P = 0.003; x^2 =12.083, P = 0.01). Ki67 expression was positively correlated with MMP-9 expression in gallbladder carcinoma (x^2 = 5,270, P = 0.022). The expression levels of Ki67 and MMP-9 were closely correlated with the pathologic differen- tiation (Ki67:x^2 = 4.55, P = 0.033; MMP-9:x^2 = 5.289, P = 0.021) and clinic stages (Ki67:x^2 = 7.361, P = 0.007; MMP-9:x^2 = 4.516, P = 0.034).
CONCLUSION: Ki67 and MMP-9 expression have a close relationship with the cell proliferation and invasion of gallbladder carcinoma. Combined detection of Ki67 and MMP-9 expression is helpful for the evaluation of tumor biological behavior and prognosis in patients with gallbladder carcinoma.
