摘要
应用Pmbox模型和Zener方程讨论了强磁场影响下的先共析铁素体转变的形核和长大过程,计算结果表明,由于退磁现象的存在,先共析铁素体倾向于在沿磁场方向晶界上形核,而不易在垂直磁场方向的晶界上形核,在考虑被磁化的铁素体晶核之间相互作用的基础上,对碳钢强磁场热处理实验中观察到的"链状铁索体"现象给予了动力学的解释。
Pillbox model and Zener equation were used to analyze the nucleation and growth of proeutectoid ferrite with chain-like structure under high magnetic field. The factor of nucleation shape was discussed. Calculation results showed that due to the demagnetization, nucleation was much easier on the grain boundary parallel to the magnetic field than that perpendicular to it. Considering the interaction between magnetized ferrite nuclei, the formation of chain-like ferrite was explained dynamically.
