摘要
目的了解江苏省南通市吕四渔港渔民艾滋病／性病（AIDS／STD）相关危险行为及其影响因素，为该人群预防AIDS／STD提供科学依据。方法采用半结构式访谈方法，对渔民、水产老板、渔港监督局和疾病预防控制中心等30名知情人进行访谈。结果绝大多数渔民是男性，20～45岁年龄段约占80％，约90％的渔民文化程度在初中以下。商业性行为是该人群感染AIDS／STD最主要的高危行为，其影响因素包括职业特征、家庭的宽容、地域差异、个人经济状况、防病意识、管理因素等。结论应重视渔民AIDS／STD的防治，并采取适当的干预措施减少其高危行为。
Objective To understand HIV associated risk behaviors and its related factors among fishermen in Lvsi harbor of Nantong city,Jiangsu province. Methods Semi-structure interviews were conducted among 30 informants, ineluding fishermen, businessmen, fishing officials,and local public health officials. Results Most of the interviewed fishermen were males and about 80 % of them were aged 20 to 45 years, and 90% had received education of less than 9 years. They often engaged in commercial sex, a major behavior putting them at risk to HIV/STDs infection. Factors associ- ated with risky sexual behaviors included occupational characteristics, family tolerance regional differences, individual incomes, perception of risk to infection and management. Conclusions Appropriate interventions should be provided to reduce HIV associated risk behaviors among fishermen.
