摘要
综述了动物性食品中氟喹诺酮类药物残留检测的微生物法、液相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、高效毛细管电泳分析法、液相色谱/串联质谱法和酶联免疫法的研究进展,为进一步开展药物残留检测的研究和监测提供借鉴。
The research progress of the determination of fluoroquinolones in animal derived food was summarized,which included bioanalysis,LC,HPLC,HPCE,LC-MS-MS and ELISA. It was provided the evidence for research and monitoring,too.
