摘要
步进电动机在最佳起动频率下起动,可以避免电动机起动时的失步和振荡现象,并能够在最短的时间内达到起动转速。通过分析步进电动机起动时的运动规律及其矩频特性,建立了最佳起动频率的数学模型,并分析了步距角、传动系统转动惯量、起动转矩、负载转矩等因素对最佳起动频率的影响。
Out-of-step and oscillation phenomenon can be avoided if stepper motor starts on the optimal starting frequency,and stepper motor can attain to starting rotate speed in the most short time.The optimal starting frequency's mathematics model is established based on the analysis of stepper motor's movement order in starting and torque-frequency characteristic.The relationship between stepping angle to the optimal starting frequency,between rotating inertia to the optimal starting frequency,between starting torque to the optimal starting frequency and between Load torque to the optimal starting frequency be analyzed.
