摘要
本文在反相高效液相色谱分析中采用三元流动相体系成功地对酚类和硝基苯类结构相近的化合物进行分离，并与二元流动相体系做了对照。实践证明以三元流动相体系在进行复杂有机物分离时尤为重要。
Based on the relationship between relation value and mobile phase composition in ternary mobile phases system, we studied the behavior of phenol and nitrobenzene componds in RP HPLC. And in this paper, we took the condition experiments of mobile phase includes methanok, water, acetic acid, tetrahydrofunan, dioxane.
