摘要
利用风险时间函数对站点危险源火灾成本进行定性和定量化风险分析,从站点火灾损失成本和鲁棒性成本两方面对站点火灾成本进行评估,当火灾预测或火灾发生时,风险时间函数给出了随时间变化的站点资源配置对应的危险源火灾成本。
Qualitative and quantitative analysis was done to the cost of fire station danger source fire by using risk time function. Fire cost was evaluated by two aspects of fire loss cost and robustness cost. When fire burned out, risk time resource gives out the danger source fire cost response to allocation witch changes by time.
