摘要
基于在酸性条件下,氯普噻吨对Ce(Ⅳ)-抗坏血酸化学发光体系具有强增敏作用,结合流动注射技术,建立了一种测定微量氯普噻吨的新方法。该方法线性范围为0.003~0.5mg/L,检出限为0.0019mg/L,相对标准偏差为2.9%(氯普噻吨0.03mg/L,n=11)。利用该方法测定了片剂和针剂中氯普噻吨含量,平均回收率为99.7%。
A new method for the determination of trace chlorprothixene coupled with flow-injection analysis is developed. It is based on the enhancement effect of the chemiluminescence reaction between ascorbic acid and Cerium( Ⅳ ) in acid medium. The linear range is 0.003 - 0.5 mg/L, the detection limit is 0.0019 mg/L, the relative standard deviation is 2.9% (0.03 mg/L CPT n = 11). This method has been successfully applied to the determination of chlorprothixene in tablets and injections with average recovery of 99.7%.
