摘要
韩愈的教育思想是多方面的,但综观其教育思想与实践,其中一以贯之的则是他的和谐教育理念,他主张博爱,追求仁智契合的教育目标,提倡民主和平等的师生观及知人善用的人才观。
Han Yu's educational thoughts are multi-dimensional. But the concept of harmonious education runs through all his educational thoughts and practice. He advocates fraternity, pursues the educational target of tallying benevolence with wisdom, promotes a concept of democratic and equal relations between teachers and students and a concept on talented people featured with "knowing a person's talent and character and assigning him a job commensurate with his abilities".
