摘要
以SP95为标准,兰州卷烟厂提出并实施了生产执行系统。该系统主要由工厂实时/历史信息集成平台、生产模型平台、应用系统开发平台、MES集成平台、企业数据交换平台、数据采集接口组成;采用现代集成技术、实时处理技术、模型驱动技术、优化排产技术,实现了生产排产、指挥调度、质量检验、生产标准管理、设备运行维护管理、物料跟踪等功能,解决了MES与ERP、控制系统、立体仓库系统、动力能源等系统的集成问题。该系统实现了从企业管理、生产指挥到生产自动化控制系统的有机集成,保证了生产全过程的协调运转,提高了企业的生产管理水平,实现了生产过程的快速反应。
Taking SP95 as the standards, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) was implemented in Lanzhou Cigarette Factory, which was composed of realtime/historical data integration platform, production model platform, application system developing platform, MES integration platform, enterprise data communi-cation platform and data collection interface. The MES adopted modern integration technique, reahime processing technique, model driving technique, optimal schedule technique to perform multiple functions, such as production scheduling, ordering and dispatching, quality inspection, production standard manage- ment, equipment maintenance and management and material tracking. The MES successfully integrated with ERP, control system, high-bay warehouse system, and power system, assured whole course of production running in harmony and the ability of rapid response.
