摘要
提出了一种在普通平面磨床上磨削大曲率圆弧曲面机构,对机构原理进行了数值计算和推导;对啮合曲线误差和曲率半径进行了分析;对机构运动压力角和机构运动干涉进行了讨论;得到了加工弧度小于50°时,曲面误差小于0.03mm,加工半径250~1000mm任意变化的结论。
Amechanism is proposed in this paper to grind the large arc curved surface in a plain grinding machine,and calculated its principle. Analyzing the mating curve error,curvature radius,pressure angle and interferences, the conclusion is that: the processing arc: <50°, the error: <0. 03mm ; and the processing radius can be from 250mm to 1000mm.
