摘要
发达规范的征信业是完善社会主义市场经济的基础,被征个人信息的规范利用是征信业健康发展的重要保障。本文针对我国目前个人隐私权缺乏法律保障,征信业在利用个人信息服务上存在的问题,在规范被征个人信息的利用方面提出了立法建议,以保障个人的合法权益,促进我国征信业良性发展。
Advanced Standardized credit investigation industry is the basis to perfect the socialist market economy.In addition,the standardized utilization of individual＇s credit investigation information is of vital importance to guarantee the credit investigation industry＇s healthy development.Nowadays,there lacks of laws to protect the rights of privacy and there are many questions in the utilization of credit investigation in our country.This thesis tables legislative proposals to standardize the utilization of individual＇s credit investigation information,aiming at guaranteeing citizens＇justifiable rights and facilitating the sound development of China＇s credit investigation industry.
