摘要
在当前的全球化浪潮中,国际贸易的技术壁垒层出不穷。从设置严格的测试要求,到严格的环境保护要求,社会责任要求,以及众多的代表各方利益的认证要求,都是中国企业特别是中小企业所面临的现实困难。对于食品行业来说,众多的食品安全认证层出不穷,可谓“乱花渐欲迷人眼”。
Nowadays countless food safety standards were devel- oped due to the close link between food safety and human health,and the frequent occurrence of food safety failures. Food industry especially exporting companies were confused how to execute appropriate certifications and have to burden high costs of setting up and maintaining multiple systems.In order to assist food industry to deal with the requirements from multiple international standards,the single food audit is greatly recommended as an appropriate solution based on author's experiences in certification and analysis that the essence of above standards is to ensure the food safety and its continuous development in food industry.For better understanding,brief introductions to the background of relative certifications for food safety and quality management including HACCP,ISO 22000,BRC,IFS,SQF 2000,MSC,BAP,GAP,GMP,Hala, and Kosher were first provided.The principle for the imple- mentation of single food audit was discussed with emphasis on how to combine the multiple certifications,optimization of certification internally and externally,and how to gain valuable audit.More cost effective service delivery,the assistance in internal alignment of different management systems and result- ing efficiency,and propagations of efficient and effective implementation of most complete management systems for food safety and quality are the outcomes from the single food audit solution,which therefore is considered to be an effectual solution to the multiple international food standards' require- ments for food industry.
