摘要
机床主传动系统有常规变速和非常规变速两种。在实际使用中,为了满足一些特定的要求,往往采用非常规变速,如多速电机、混合公比或者背轮机构等。在设计机床的主传动非常规变速系统时,首先利用传统优化设计方法求出理想解和多个合理解,然后再把其作为一个灰色系统,利用灰色系统理论中的灰色聚类方法,对多个合理解按满意程度进行排列,其结果可为普通机床的设计、开发提供更趋于实际的理论依据。文中介绍利用灰色聚类方法开发金属切削机床多速电机变速的主传动非常规变速系统优化设计的总体结构、功能和方法。本系统具有界面美观、操作方便、易于理解的特点。
Main transmission system in machine-tool can be divided into two types: regular and irregular speed-change. To satisfy the specified needs in application, irregular speed-change can usually be adopted such as much-speed motor, mixed double ratio and so on. In the design of irregular speed-change system of main transmission in machine-tool, traditional optimization is applied in order to obtain the ideal and several reasonable schemes. Then, the main transmission system of machine tool is regarded as grey system, several reasonable schemes mentioned above can be put in order according to satisfaction with grey classification, which is concluded in grey system theory. The result can make an important role in the design or development of the machine tool. This paper states total frames, functions and means to optimize main transmission irregular speed-change system of machine-tool based on classification. It is characterized by the pleasing face, convenient operation and better understanding.
