摘要
国际保理,作为一种贸易结算手段和金融服务业务,通过其自身提供的多项服务适应买方市场的要求,对当今世界贸易的发展起着巨大的推动作用。文章介绍了国际保理的应用优势,在此基础上提出中小型进出口企业尤其是中小型出口企业更应充分采用国际保理。同时,分析了我国中小企业开展国际保理业务所面临的问题并且提出了相应的对策。
As a trade settlement and financial service, international factoring promotes the world＇s trade through its services which meets the requirement of the buyer market. The applying advantages of international factoring are introduced, it is concluded that international factoring should be applied in more small and medinm-sized import and export enterprises. And then the problems are analyzed and relevant measures are proposed for the international factoring in small and medium-sized enterprises.
