摘要
300万大卡/小时热媒炉燃料系统原采用C5加氢石油树脂装置自产的重溶剂油作为燃料,燃烧器堵塞严重,安全性差.在不改变热媒炉原操作条件的前提下,将燃料从重溶剂油改为天然气和火炬气后,燃烧器再无堵塞现象发生,助燃风也可以把残留的燃气带走,提高了热媒炉的安全性.此外,燃料更换使热媒炉运行的整体经济效益明显增加.
3million kcal/hr heater uses heavy oil which is produced by C5 and hydrogen petroleum resin installation as its fuel. But it has many disadvantages such as serious jura of burner and bad security. When the fuel is heavy oil to gas without can be carried by comb changed from changing its original operation, the jumming problem of burner disappeares and the residual gas ustion wind which can in turn improve the security. Furthermore, it can also improve the economic efficiency.
