摘要
以苯酚和乙酰氯为原料,直接反应合成了乙酸苯酯,研究了反应时间、原料配比,溶剂用量等条件对合成反应的影响,从而确定了合成乙酸苯酯的最佳工艺条件:n(苯酚):n(乙酰氯)=1∶1.2,在超声波作用下室温反应40min,收率达98.53%。
Phenyl acetate was synthesized from phenyl hydroxide and acetyl chloride by direct reaction. The effects of reaction time, material ratio and the content of solvent on the synthesis were studied,then the proper technological conditions were given as follows: when n (phenyl hydroxide) : n (acetyl chloride) was 1 : 1.2, phenyl acetate in yields of 98.53% was synthesized under ultrasonic wave irradiation at room temperature for 40 min.
