摘要
目的观察直肠癌术前放疗的疗效.方法对20例直肠癌进行常规放疗,观察肿块变化的情况,于1月后手术,并及时行术后随访.结果放疗后肿块缩小,切除率和保肛率提高,局部复发率下降.结论直肠癌术前放疗后可提高切除率及保肛率,减少复发率,为一种较好的综合治疗措施.
Objective To observe the curative effect of preoperative radiotherapy on rectal cancer, Methods 20 cases of rectal cancer were treated with preoperative radiotherapy. The tumor size, complications and other clinical features were observed before and after radiation. Results After radiation the tumor regressed and the sphincter-presenation was improved. It has lower local recurrence rate than usual. Conclusion Preoperative radiotherapy has better local control and sphincter-preservation. It is an optimal way for adjuvant therapy on rectal cancer.
