摘要
目的探讨前列腺小细胞癌临床及病理特征及治疗方法.方法报告3例前列腺小细胞癌患者的临床资料并进行文献复习.结果1例术后10月因多器官功能衰竭死亡.1例因经济原因放弃进一步治疗.1例仍在随访中.结论前列腺小细胞癌是一种高度恶性内分泌细胞类型的前列腺癌,预后差,目前尚无有效的治疗方法,所以疾病的早期诊断及适宜的治疗特别重要.
Objective To study the clinical and pathological characteristics and treatment of small cell carcinoma of the prostate. Methods Three patients with small cell carcinoma of the prostate were reported and we reviewed literatures. Results One case died of multiple organ failure and two cases gave up following treatment because of economy. One case was followed up. Conclusion Small cell carcinoma of the prostate is a highly malignant carcinoma of endocrine cell type, which has poor prognosis. Currently there is no effective methods for it, so it is especially importment for early diagnosis and eligible treatment.
