摘要
将负荷预测问题看成是多层次、多因素问题,并采用了定性分析和定量计算综合评价的预测方法。另外,专家的经验和判断也被收集起来作为群决策的判断依据。确定组合权重是该方法的关键。
In the load forecast for power system, different forecast method may lead to different result. Combined forecast method was introduced into power system to improve forecast accuracy. Generally, traditional combined forecast methods only consider the optimization of data model without judgment of people. Based on former research, the combined problem was treated as multi-hierarchies and multi-factors by composing qualitative analyses and quantitative calculation in this paper. In addition, the experience and judgment of experts will be collected to implement judgment matrices in group decision-making. It was the key to determine the combined weight coefficients.
